Singer, songwriter,historian and political analyst DEREK WARFIELD, now leading The Young Wolfe Tones will discuss his music,the import of patriotic ballads in keeping hopes for freedom for all Ireland alive and his own unique analysis of the colonial ideology behind British rule,as he prepares to play at the Hudson Valley Festival.

PETER KISSEL of the Irish American Unity Conference will discuss a special commemoration of Robert Emmet,his organizations” national conference this week and his encounter with Karen Bradley. who oversees British rule in the north of Ireland.
