Ocean by Frank Quinn

Posted by Jim on October 4, 2019

Ocean

Waves brush the ocean’s face

Gently kissing away each spray

Cast over sand dunes where

Each grain waits its turn to

Fall closer to water’s edge. * *

Ocean rise up! Sing in booming voice

To infant waves maturing

To swishing plumps of sea

Lolling in the sands’ embrace,

Swallowed without a trace.
