WASHINGTON, DC LOBBY DAY
The UFA will be having a Lobby Day in Washington, DC, on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, and we ask any and all available off-duty members to turn out and help support efforts to make funding for the Victim Compensation Fund permanent. Buses will be provided. Look out for additional information in an upcoming 65-2. ALBANY LOBBY DAY The UFA Albany Lobby Day will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. Again, any and all available off-duty members are asked to attend. Bus information, the day’s agenda and talking points will be posted ASAP. Members will be asked to set up appointments with their individual representatives. As stated, the UFA will provide bus transportation to and from Washington, DC, as well as to and from Albany. Additional information about bus pick up locations will be distributed as it becomes available. We will continue to keep you updated with further details about both Lobby Days. |
