| 2018 GARDEN OF DREAMS FOUNDATION TALENT SHOW The 2018 Garden of Dreams Foundation Talent Show will take place on Tuesday, March 27, at Radio City Music Hall. The Garden of Dreams Foundation has given the UFA a limited number of tickets that are open to all active and retired members and their families. There will be a VIP Reception at 6:00pm and the show will start at 7:00pm. If you are interested in attending, or have any questions, please email RecordingSecretary@UFANYC.org. Please RSVP by March 16. FDNY HOCKEY The FDNY Alumni Hockey Team will be taking on the Ontario Fire (California) Hockey Team on Thursday, March 15, at 8pm to benefit The Ray Pfeifer Foundation. The game will be at the Northwell Ice Center at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow. Admission will be a $5 recommended donation and kids under 12 are free. Raffles and shirts will be available. The annual FDNY vs NYPD Charity Hockey Game will take place March 24 at Madison Square Garden. Doors will open at 10:45am. Team warmups will begin at 11:00am, followed by pre-game festivities. Puck drop will be at 12:00pm. ANNUAL FDNY BRAVEST RUGBY vs NYPD RUGBY MATCH Come watch the FDNY Bravest Rugby team take on the NYPD Rugby team on Saturday, March 24, at 4:00pm in the Annual Firefighter Chris Engeldrum/Police Officer James McNaughton Charity Match, followed by Major League Rugby’s new franchise Rugby United New York vs. Mystic River RFC. The event will take place at Gaelic Park, 4000 Corlear Avenue, Bronx, NY, 10463. Tickets cost $30.00 and include entertainment. Partial proceeds will benefit the FDNY, the NYPD and Veterans Groups.
